community

As a Nuyorican from the Bronx, storytelling is how I’ve always made sense of the world—and claimed my place in it. After years of working behind the scenes in media, I saw just how often our stories were overlooked or misunderstood. That reality shaped my mission.

Michelle Polanco and I co-founded a company with a shared vision: to create the space we wished had existed when we were growing up. A space where creatives of color didn’t have to explain themselves. Where authenticity was celebrated, and taking up space was the norm.

That vision became eres.

let’s talk about

eres. is a digital media network that centers BIPOC intersectional stories, culture, and creativity. We create content and community rooted in authenticity—because representation isn’t just about being seen, it’s about being understood. Through our work, we empower creatives to reclaim their narratives and move with confidence.

Creators Collective

Creators Collective is our digital hub where vetted BIPOC creatives connect, grow, and thrive. We provide access to job opportunities, curated workshops, mentorship, and a private network of professionals in media and entertainment. Whether you’re just starting out or leveling up, this is your space to build boldly.

Be You Fest

Be You Fest is our real-world celebration of BIPOC creativity—a creative immersive festival designed for connection, self-expression, and activation. From immersive workshops to powerful performances, Be You Fest invites you to show up fully and be seen.

This platform, this collective, this festival… it’s all part of the same movement. A movement for creatives to take up space, reclaim their stories, and move with confidence in every room they step into. Because when we see ourselves reflected—not just on screens, but in systems—we unlock what’s possible.

We’re not asking for permission anymore.

We’re building what we need.

And we’re doing it together.
